一、前言

系统介绍
基于Spring Boot的工会管理系统是一套面向基层工会日常事务管理需求设计的B/S架构信息管理系统，开发语言采用Java与Python双版本并行实现，后端框架分别对应Spring Boot（Spring+SpringMVC+Mybatis）与Django，前端使用Vue结合ElementUI与HTML完成页面交互，数据库选用MySQL，开发工具为IDEA或PyCharm。系统围绕工会成员、工会组织、工会加入、工会福利、工会活动、福利申请、管理员、轮播图管理、公告信息、个人中心、修改密码共11个功能模块展开，覆盖了工会从组织架构维护、会员入会审批、福利信息发布到活动组织与申请处理的主要业务环节。普通会员可通过系统浏览公告与轮播图信息、提交工会加入申请、查看工会福利并在线发起福利申请、报名参与工会活动、在个人中心维护自身资料与修改密码；管理员则可对工会成员、工会组织、工会福利、工会活动、福利申请、公告信息及轮播图进行统一管理，并完成会员入会与福利申请的审核处理。系统整体采用前后端分离的交互思路，后端提供数据接口，前端负责页面渲染与用户操作响应，力求在功能完整性与实现难度之间取得平衡，适合作为计算机专业本科毕业设计的实践课题。

选题背景
高校工会和基层企事业单位工会承担着维护职工权益、组织文体活动、发放节日福利、管理会员信息等日常工作，这些事务过去大多依靠纸质登记、Excel表格或者简单的聊天群通知来完成。随着工会会员数量增加、福利种类变多、活动频次提高，人工登记和表格统计的方式逐渐暴露出信息分散、查询不便、审核流程不透明等问题。比如一次节日福利申请，往往需要会员先线下填表，再由工会干事逐一核对身份和资格，最后还要人工汇总名单，整个过程耗时且容易出错。与此同时，计算机专业本科毕业设计选题普遍希望找到一个业务边界清晰、功能模块适中、技术栈主流的题目，既能体现对Spring Boot等框架的掌握，又不至于因业务过于复杂而难以在有限周期内完成。工会管理系统正好处在这样一个契合点上，它涉及用户管理、信息发布、申请审核等常见业务逻辑，又贴近校园与职场真实场景，因此具备作为毕业设计课题的现实基础。
